Take a mindful break and strengthen your body with this energizing and balanced mat Pilates class. We focus on core activation, stability, posture, and flexibility through slow, controlled movements that engage the whole body.
You’ll work primarily with your own body weight, supported by simple props like blocks or straps, to enhance alignment and deepen the practice. We aim to build a strong and supportive core, the foundation of a healthy body, allowing you to improve flexibility safely and sustainably.
The class is suitable for all levels and offers both challenge and calm, a perfect blend for building strength and presence on the mat. Held in a warm room at 25°C with infrared lamps to support circulation, focus, and deep muscle activation.
