We aim to nurture your body, mind and soul. Olga will guide you through gentle yoga postures.
Mindful Yoga, rooted in ancient traditions and modern evidence-based approaches, creates a holistic pathway to wellness. This gentle and accessible practice invites everyone—regardless of experience level—to engage with the healing potential of yoga and mindfulness. With postures that can be modified to suit your needs, it offers a space to reconnect with yourself.

This class offers you a much-needed pause, helping you navigate life with more ease and calm. Through Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” you’ll experience a powerful state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and true relaxation can occur. Just 20 minutes can feel as restorative for your body and nervous system as hours of regular night sleep.
But it doesn’t stop with relaxation. Along with Yoga Nidra, you will engage in mindful talks led by Zivile.
