Take a journey with us to the land of deep relaxation and rest. The combination of a soft, gentle yoga practice with sound bathing and meditation is a perfect combination. We will start with a gentle yoga session led by Olga. We will give the body rest and relaxation by practicing simple asanas. The practice will be accompanied by aromatherapy and elements of massage. After a yoga session, sail away to the land of blissful relaxation in a sound bath, a concert on crystal bowls and a harp, led along with meditation by Blanka. The soothing sounds will make you feel pleasant relaxation, peace and inner harmony. This truly nourishing and therapeutic 2 hours practice, leaving you rested, and composed as you leave the Studio ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

About the instructors:
Blanka SantaMaria Blanka follows her heart’s path, trusts her intuition and reads the signs that the Universe shows her. Ever since she discovered the healing and harmonizing power of sound and vibration, instruments and voice have accompanied her on this journey through life. She started her adventure with playing crystal singing bowls – with the intention of playing for other people – in Bali in 2020. In June 2023, she also completed first-degree training in playing gongs and archaic instruments in therapy and prevention, in Poland. Currently, she is developing her skills and deepening her knowledge by participating in Sound Therapy Training in Sweden. She shares her fascination with harmonizing sounds and passion for creating healing spaces with others through her sound project Cosmic Spiral Soundscape, within which she facilitate sound ceremonies and healing sessions as part of yoga, dance classes and breathwork.

Olga Orlowska Her yoga journey has its roots in her family home, both Olga’s parents are yoga practitioners. Olga took this love and passion to Yoga from them. Her teaching journey started in India, where she did her first 200h Vinyasa Yoga teacher training and then this journey has continued through another 200h Bhakti Yoga (Sicily), Yin Yoga (Bali), Ashtanga Yoga (US), AcroYoga (Portugal), Thai Massage (Bali), and many others inspiring workshops and trainings all over the world. Olga loves to learn different styles and techniques to create and improve her own well-balanced way of teaching. She believes that yoga is for everyone and goes beyond the yoga mat.
